Visiting hours for hospitalized patients
Every day from 15:00 to 16:00 (except for special departments)
Visiting hours for special departments (CCU, ICU, and cardiovascular surgery) are on even days from 16:00 to 17:00.
(Note: The above hours may be extended by up to one hour due to issues such as excessive visitor traffic, delays with staircases and elevators, etc.)
Movement of Authorized Persons Outside Meeting Hours:
– Must have a hospital record
– Must obtain a temporary traffic card from the information desk
– (When necessary, visitors should call the desired department from the waiting room phone. If required, the department manager will escort them to the information desk, where they can obtain a temporary traffic card before proceeding to the department.)
Responsibilities of Inpatient Wards:
– Respecting patients and visitors while avoiding any verbal or physical conflicts
– Assisting and guiding visitors to their desired locations
– Limiting access to only one person per patient for admission, discharge, or pre-/post-surgery visits, as coordinated with the department
– Preventing unauthorized visitors from entering inpatient wards (mobile visitor cards are valid until 7:00 AM)
– Ensuring that all companions (including relatives of hospital staff) have a valid companion card or attendance permit
– Prohibiting patients from leaving the inpatient wards in hospital attire without permission from the ward or without being accompanied by medical personnel
– Issuing companion cards to women in women’s and children’s wards and to men in men’s wards. Men are prohibited from entering women’s wards and vice versa.
– Restricting the entry of large bags, bulky items, flammable objects, audio/video equipment, and video cameras into inpatient wards
– Preventing gatherings of visitors and staff at department entrances and other security checkpoints
– Collaborating with department officials, the information desk, and hospital security to maintain order and discipline
– Addressing repeated violations of hospital regulations across all departments
– Ensuring wards are cleared and checking patient and companion cards at designated times
– Monitoring visiting hours in CCU and ICU departments to manage visitor volume
– Inspecting vehicles, trucks, and large or suspicious items
– Preventing the removal of stretchers, wheelchairs, and other hospital equipment unless authorized
