Visiting hours for inpatients

Meeting hours
Every day from 15:00 to 16:00 (except special sections)
Visiting hours of special departments (CCU, ICU and cardiovascular surgery) on even days from 16:00 to 17:00
(Obviously, the above time lasts up to an hour after the meeting due to problems such as excessive traffic of clients, unresponsiveness of the stairs and elevators, etc.)

Obtaining a temporary traffic card from information
(When necessary, in order to refer to the department, one should call the desired department on the phone in the waiting room and, if necessary, be accompanied by the department manager to the reflected information and finally be directed to the department by obtaining a temporary traffic card)
 
Description of the duties of inpatient wards
– Respecting clients and avoiding any verbal and physical conflicts
– Responding to clients and guiding them to the requested places
– Prohibiting the movement of more than one person to the department for admission, discharge of the patient, before and after the surgery with the coordination of the department
– Preventing unauthorized visitors from entering inpatient wards (mobile card is valid until 7 am)
– All companions (even relatives of personnel) must have a companion card or attendance permit
– It is forbidden for patients to leave the inpatient wards wearing uniforms, without permission from the ward or without being accompanied by medical personnel
– Companion cards are issued to women in the women’s and children’s departments and to men in the men’s department, and men are prohibited from entering the women’s department and vice versa.
– Preventing the entry of bags, bulky, incendiary devices, audio and video devices, video cameras into the inpatient wards.
– Preventing the gathering of clients and colleagues at the entrance of departments and other security posts
– Interaction and cooperation with department officials, information and hospital police to establish order and discipline
– Repeated disobedience to all departments and solving problems related to regulations
– Emptying the wards and checking cards with patients at the appointed time
– Discharge of wards and check cards with patients at the scheduled time

– Attending visiting hours in CCU, ICU departments to control the volume of visitors
– Inspection of cars, trucks and bulky and suspicious items
– Preventing the exit of stretchers, wheelchairs and other devices from the hospital doors (except devices with permission to leave)
